Wine is poured throughout, chosen to match what you are eating. The light changes as you sit there—midsummer nights lit by hanging lights strung between the pylons, or the colors of spring and autumn across the Tuscan hills. The meal takes about four hours from arrival to finish.

The experience runs in spring, summer and autumn, when eating outside in the vineyard is possible.
