From there you head to your Cesarina's home, a private kitchen where the meal happens around a table with the other guests on your tour.

A 3-course lunch or dinner unfolds in the order your host has planned: a starter, then a pasta dish built from recipes stored in her family cookbooks, then tiramisu. Wine, water and coffee come with the meal. The Cesarina cooks while you're there, and the point is not to watch a demonstration but to sit down as a guest and eat what she makes.
