The experience
The 40-minute snorkel itself is the core of this 1.5-hour activity. Before you get in the water, you'll collect your equipment (mask, fins and snorkel), either by renting from the diving center or purchasing from their store. An experienced instructor then walks you through the basics: how to breathe through the snorkel, how to move in the fins, and the safety rules you need to know. Once you're ready, the guide leads you out to the coral reefs that Eilat is known for.
Transport to the dive site is included, so you don't arrange your own way there. The dive center also has coffee and tea waiting for you before the activity starts. The guide stays with you in the water and speaks English, Russian or Hebrew depending on which language works for your group.
