The experience

You get picked up from your hotel and driven to the dive site with all equipment provided. The Red Sea off Eilat holds Navy shipwrecks in accessible depths, schools of reef fish, and the kind of visibility that makes the underwater landscape clear without a lot of searching.

The four-hour window covers the dive itself, entry and exit, and the time to get back to your hotel. Your guide stays with you underwater and handles the pacing. You're not herded through a checklist of sites. After you surface, the operator edits photos and video from the dive and sends them to you: a record of what you saw rather than a sales pitch for prints.
