The experience
The day starts at Serangan Beach with a glass-bottom boat ride where you watch Badung and Butterfly Fish swim beneath you, and feed them directly if you want. Then you enter the water for snorkeling at Tanjung Benoa, where the coral reefs sit in clear water and the marine life responds to your presence. A guide in English stays with the group throughout, pointing out what lives where and how to move safely among the reef.
After snorkeling, the pace shifts to a mangrove cruise where you drift through Bali's lush waterways spotting birds and learning how these ecosystems shelter wildlife and protect the coastline. The final stop is Turtle Island, a sanctuary where you meet green turtles up close and see how locals nurture hatchlings and protect the species. Coffee, tea and snacks come during the day. A toilet break is built in.
Hotel pickup and drop-off are included from most of central Bali: areas like Ubud, Canggu, Pecatu and Uluwatu carry a USD 10 surcharge, while Candidasa and Singaraja add USD 20. A minimum of two people per booking is required, and the activity runs three hours total. Itineraries may shift or cancel due to tides and weather.
