The tour starts with a morning drive from Malang or Surabaya to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, arriving around 9:30 AM. That evening, your guide can recommend a local restaurant if you want dinner out.

Day two begins at 2:00 AM with a 4WD Jeep pickup for the drive to Mount Bromo's sunrise viewpoint. You get a coffee break while waiting, then watch the sunrise between 5:00 and 6:00 AM before hiking to the crater rim to see the volcanic landscape. After breakfast on the way back, you have the rest of the morning and afternoon free at your hotel in Bondowoso before an optional dinner with your guide.
