Step-by-step itinerary

Zip line and marine wildlife adventure

  • Zip line through lush jungle
  • Explore park and see wildlife
  • Boat trip to reef
  • Swim with marine wildlife

The experience

You start on the zipline platform and work through 13 separate lines strung across and through the jungle canopy, moving between 17 platforms as you descend. The lines carry you over the green canopy itself, so the view opens up as you drop. Once you reach the ground, the park begins: you walk into the habitat where capuchin monkeys roam freely, and macaws, parrots and hummingbirds fly overhead. Iguanas and indigenous lizards move through the trees and across the ground.

The park itself spreads across trails winding through tropical jungle, with a suspension bridge, waterfalls, and more than 200 species of plants and trees. An air-conditioned insectarium holds nearly 2,500 preserved insects collected from around the world. Coxen Cove's pirate cave sits at the end of the route, filled with historical maps, weapons and artwork that tell the story of the pirates who sheltered there. The whole sequence takes about 4 hours from start to finish.

Transport picks you up in an air-conditioned vehicle and brings you back the same way. A live guide leads the experience in English or Spanish. Children from age 3 can participate, and infants can ride along in a stroller or pram. The zipline equipment is provided, and park entry is included in the price.
