Three to five hours covers the massage, pool time and a stop at Herbys Sport Bar, all without you arranging a single ride. The private AC van picks you up from your hotel or the cruise port and brings you back when the day ends. La Piña Spa sits inside Pineapple Villas Resort, an exclusive spot in Roatan built around relaxation: the massage lasts a full hour, and between that and the water you have access to the sauna, steam room, hot tub and the resort pool. Wifi is live throughout.

After the spa work, you move to Herbys Sport Bar, still on the resort grounds. The menu runs burgers, ribs, tacos, pizzas, fish and nachos, with cold beers and cocktails. Forty minutes gives you time to eat and drink without rushing. The whole setup means you never need to think about transport or timing. The van handles both.
