The experience
Four to eight hours on the water means time to reach the spots most day-trippers miss. The boat anchors at Blue Bay in Poliegos, where the water turns turquoise and caves cut into the rock. You snorkel the seabed and explore the openings at your own pace. Faros Beach sits on shallow, clear water where wild goats wander down to drink. The lighthouse above it commands a view across 180 degrees. The Red Cave glows with mineral hues (red, orange, purple, yellow) carved by wave erosion over years. Soufi Bay on Kimolos' uninhabited north shore stays protected from wind and rarely crowded because few boats reach it. The single small boathouse and a handful of trees are the only signs anyone has ever been there.
The captain navigates you through Kimolos' hidden fjord and past the fishing villages with their traditional sirmata houses. You get snorkeling gear, paddleboards and a sea scooter to move through the water however you want. Fresh vegetarian small plates, Greek white wine, beer and cocktails come aboard. Restroom, WiFi, fresh towels and windproof jackets stay available the whole time. A drone captures photos and a short video so you leave with proof of what you saw.
Half-day and full-day options run on three different boat sizes (30-foot, 36-foot and 42-foot), so you pick the duration and the vessel that fits your group. The captain speaks English and knows which caves hold the clearest water and which beaches the goats favor on any given day.

Is this one for you?Half-day snorkeling suits travelers who want the main caves and beaches without the full-day commitment. Full-day reaches the remote northern bays and shipwreck. Choose your boat size based on your group: the 30-foot works for smaller parties, the 42-foot yacht spreads out larger groups and adds more onboard comfort.

Top questions
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
What is Blue Bay like when we get there?
Blue Bay in Poliegos holds water so turquoise it looks unreal, with sea caves you can snorkel into and explore. The operator calls it the most fantastic spot on the island and schedules an extended stop so you can spend real time in the water and on the seabed.
Can we snorkel the whole time or are there other things to do?
Snorkeling is the main event, but the boat also carries paddleboards and a sea scooter so you can move through the water however you prefer. You'll anchor at multiple spots (Blue Bay, Faros Beach, the Red Cave, Soufi Bay), so you can choose how to spend time at each one.
What's included in the food and drinks?
Fresh vegetarian small plates come aboard with Greek white wine, beer and cocktails. Bottled water and fresh towels are always available. Lunch at a seaside restaurant is optional, so you decide whether to add it when you book.
How do half-day and full-day tours differ?
Half-day snorkeling runs shorter and hits fewer stops. Full-day gives you four to eight hours to reach more islands and spend longer at each anchorage. Both options run on three boat sizes (30-foot, 36-foot and 42-foot), so you pick the duration and vessel size that suits your group.
What happens if the weather turns rough?
Windproof jackets are provided on board. The boat anchors in protected bays like Soufi, which stays sheltered from the wind, so the captain can usually find calm water even on less settled days.
