You're picked up from your hotel and driven to Amoudi port, where the catamaran departs mid-morning. The boat sails close to Santorini's volcanic cone and Palea Kameni, giving you a clear view of the island's geological spine from the water. The crew then anchors 50 meters from the hot springs—close enough to swim in water that runs about 4 degrees warmer than the surrounding sea, heated by volcanic activity beneath the surface. You float in the thermal zone with the volcano rising behind you, a sensation most swimmers don't forget.

After the hot springs, the catamaran moves to White Beach, where you swim and snorkel in the coastal waters while the crew prepares a Greek barbecue on board.
