The experience
The Edisa is a Bénéteau First 45F5 refitted in 2025, designed by shipbuilders in France, New Zealand, and Italy: a working sailing yacht, not a party boat, which means you're moving under canvas toward the sunset rather than motoring in place. The route takes you from Rhodes out to Kallithea Bay, where the yacht anchors in water clear enough to see the seabed. You get three and a half hours total: time to sail, time to swim and snorkel among the ancient stone structures that once drew people to these springs for their mineral properties, and time to sit on deck with a drink as the horizon changes color.
The crew (Captain Eduard, his team, and an onboard chef) handles the details. Snorkeling equipment and floating noodles are already aboard. Life jackets are available for anyone who wants them. Fresh seasonal fruits and crispy Vietnamese spring rolls come out while you're in the water or drying off on deck. The signature cocktail is made to order. The champagne and C.A.I.R. wines are poured as the sun reaches the horizon. If you're traveling with children or non-drinkers, custom mocktails are made the same way. Wi-Fi stays live the whole time, though most people leave their phones alone.
The yacht accommodates one to six people, or seven to ten in the larger booking. Either way, it's your group alone: no strangers, no schedule compromise, no sharing the best moment with a crowd. The captain speaks English, French, German, Vietnamese, and two additional languages. Fuel, taxes, and entry to Kallithea are all included in the price. You show up at the departure point and the rest unfolds.

Is this one for you?Book the one-to-six option if your group is small and you want the most intimate setting. Choose seven to ten if you're traveling with extended family or friends and want to share the cost while keeping the yacht entirely to yourselves. Either way, you're the only booking on the Edisa that day, so the captain can adjust the route and timing to chase the best light.

Top questions
What languages is the tour guided in?
Live guide in English, French, German, Vietnamese, Greek and Romanian.
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
What is Kallithea Springs and why swim there on this cruise?
Kallithea Springs is a natural bay on Rhodes' east coast where mineral-rich waters have drawn swimmers since ancient times. The stone structures and baths built there centuries ago still stand in the shallow water. On this cruise, you anchor directly in the bay and snorkel among those ruins in clear turquoise water, then float and relax before the sun sets.
Can I swim and snorkel if I'm not a strong swimmer?
Yes. Snorkeling equipment is provided, and life jackets are available on board for anyone who wants one. The water at Kallithea is shallow and calm, and the crew is trained in water safety. If you prefer not to enter the water, you can sunbathe and relax on deck with a drink while others swim.
What's included to eat and drink during the cruise?
The yacht serves a signature cocktail made by the captain, premium C.A.I.R. wines, champagne, beer, soft drinks, and water. Food includes crispy Vietnamese spring rolls and fresh seasonal fruits: dragon fruit when in season. Custom mocktails are made for children and non-drinkers on request.
How many people fit on the Edisa, and is it always private to my group?
The yacht books either one to six people or seven to ten people per departure, and whichever group you're in sails alone. No other bookings are mixed onto the same cruise, so you have full privacy for the sunset and the swim.
What time does the cruise depart and return?
The cruise runs for three and a half hours total. Exact departure times vary by season to catch the sunset at the right moment. Confirm your time when you book.
