The experience

The yacht leaves Mykonos and sails for about an hour to Rhenia, an uninhabited islet accessible only by boat. You enter the turquoise water from the yacht's swimming ladder and snorkel in a bay that stays uncrowded because there's no beach infrastructure: no pier, no organized access, just the clear sea. Snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel and fins) is provided, along with floating noodles if you want them.

After swimming, you eat on board: either Italian pasta with Greek flavoring and salad, or a Mediterranean buffet with fresh local fruit. The open bar includes house wine, beer, soft drinks and water. Then the yacht sails to Delos, the archaeological site where you spend about an hour with the 3D Web App: a self-guided tour crafted by archaeologists that reconstructs the ancient ruins as they stood in antiquity. The app runs on your own phone or tablet in one of nine languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Greek, Polish or Russian), so you move through the Terrace of the Lions, the House of Dionysus, the Ancient Theatre and the Sanctuary of Apollo at your own speed, without a guide talking over your shoulder.

The sail back to Mykonos happens at sunset, when the sky turns yellow, orange and red above the Aegean. The crew serves a farewell shot as you watch. Free Wi-Fi is available on board throughout the day. The sequence of stops can shift based on weather and operational needs, so the operator recommends booking early in your stay if you're only in Mykonos a few days, to have backup dates if conditions force a cancellation.
