Delos & Rhenia Islands Private Cruise from Mykonos
Delos is a UNESCO site you reach by boat, not by road, and the return trip includes three hours anchored off an uninhabited island.
A full-day private sailing cruise from Mykonos combines a guided visit to Delos, one of Greece's most important archaeological sites, with swimming and snorkeling at the secluded beaches of Rhenia island. The boat departs Mykonos at 9 a.m., sails for an hour to Delos where you can explore the museum and ruins or relax on deck, then crosses to Rhenia for lunch, wine and water time before returning by 3 p.m. A sunset departure option runs until dusk.

The experience
Mykonos New Port is where the cruise begins at 9 a.m., with an hour's sail to Delos island. On the way, you can help with the boat if you want (holding ropes and steering), or simply stretch out on deck with the sun and views. Once there, you choose: visit the archaeological site and museum, or stay aboard with a cool drink and swimming in clear water. Either way, you're standing in front of one of the Aegean's most significant ancient ruins, a UNESCO world heritage landmark that most visitors reach only by organized boat.
After Delos, the boat crosses a narrow strait to Rhenia, an uninhabited island where you'll spend around three hours. This is the swimming and snorkeling half of the day: the water is transparent enough to see the seafloor, and the bays and coves are largely empty. Lunch happens on board (local specialties and chilled Greek wine), so you're eating while anchored off a beach with no crowds, no vendors, no infrastructure at all. Snorkeling gear and stand-up paddle boards are included, so you can move between the water and the boat as the mood shifts.
The return to Mykonos arrives at 3 p.m. on the standard schedule, or you can book the sunset departure, which runs until dusk. Weather and wind conditions can change the route or destination on the day itself. The captain makes the final call for safety. A live English-speaking guide is on board throughout.
