The experience

The tour runs 4 hours and covers the island by car with a driver-guide who speaks English, Spanish, Italian, French or another language. Pickup happens at your hotel or any location you choose. The driver arrives in an air-conditioned vehicle and you ride together to each stop. Bottled water is included, and the guide carries a Mykonos map to show you where things are.

The day moves through the island's quieter side. You'll stop for photos at Agios Ioannis Beach, then drive to Armenistis Lighthouse, the most recognizable landmark on Mykonos, where you get out and stand at the point. From there the route passes Panormos, Agios Sostis and Ftelia beaches, with a stop at a private church if it's open. The longest pause comes at Ano Mera, the traditional village inland, where you walk the square, see the Monastery of Tourliani and browse local tavernas and shops. On the way back you stop at Kalafatis Beach for photos, pass Kalo Livadi (a beach with clubs and resorts), and finish at a high viewpoint where locals go for the panoramic shot of Mykonos Town.
