The experience
The day starts with hotel pickup and a 20-minute forest walk to the canyon entrance, where your guide gears you up and teaches the techniques you'll use that day. The class adapts to your level: Entry covers the basics of abseiling, belaying, jumps and slides in a 2-hour session built for first-timers. Level 2 Intermediate runs 3–4 hours and includes abseils up to 22 meters, steeper slides, and jumps over 7 meters. Throughout the descent, your guide provides hands-on instruction in anchoring, via ferrata, and canyon trekking, so you're learning by doing rather than watching.
The canyon itself is the classroom. You'll rappel down rock faces, slide through water channels, jump into pools, swim across sections, and hike between them: all while your certified guide demonstrates technique, checks your setup, and adjusts the difficulty to match your confidence. A midway snack break gives you time to catch your breath and ask questions. The small group size means your guide can watch your form and correct it in real time, not just wave you through.
Bring a swimsuit, athletic shoes and a towel. Canyoning boots are included in the Level 2 option and available to rent for Entry. You need to be able to swim and be in reasonably good physical condition (the activity is strenuous), but no climbing background is necessary. Children from age 8 can join if accompanied by an adult. The guide speaks English, and the whole experience, including equipment and park fees, is covered in the price.

Is this one for you?Choose Entry if you're new to canyoning or want a shorter, gentler introduction. Pick Level 2 Intermediate if you've done canyoning before or want longer abseils, higher jumps and a more demanding technical challenge. Both courses teach you the skills as you use them, so your experience level shapes the day, not the other way around.
