The experience

You have a free afternoon in Nice and want to see more of the French Riviera without renting a car. This tour solves that: a guide picks you up from your hotel or a designated meeting point and drives you east along the coast to Eze, a medieval village perched on a clifftop between Nice and Monaco. The village preserves narrow stone alleys and 18th-century architecture typical of the South of France. You walk through it with the guide, who explains its history, and you visit the Fragonard perfume factory: a working production site housed in the village itself.

After Eze, the minibus continues into Monaco. You explore the old town on foot, passing the Casino, the 18th-century Cathedral, the Oceanographic Museum and the Justice Palace. The guide points out the Formula One Grand Prix circuit that winds through the streets. The entire outing runs about five hours from pickup to drop-off. Transport is by air-conditioned minibus (or your choice of vehicle), and the driver's meal and toll fees are covered. You can book pickup from a Nice hotel at no extra charge, or from a cruise port the same way. If you're staying outside Nice, an additional charge of 70 euros applies.

Monaco's border control operates independently and can refuse entry to any traveler without explanation. The tour operator cannot predict or override these decisions and is not liable if you are turned away. Specialized infant seats are available for 10 euros if you're traveling with a baby. The minibus is wheelchair accessible and service animals are allowed.
