The experience
The visit starts in the pressing hall, then moves through the stainless steel vats where fermentation happens, and into the historic cellar lined with wooden tuns. As you walk through each section, the winemaker explains the fermentation and aging process: how the grapes become wine, why certain tanks hold certain vintages, what happens in the wooden barrels over time. It's the kind of detail that changes how you taste wine afterward.
At the end of the tour, you move to the tasting cellar. Here you sample the estate's wines, the ones worth keeping, alongside an assortment of local cheeses and charcuterie. Children get grape juice instead of wine. The whole thing takes about 90 minutes and happens in a single location, so there's no travel between stops. Bottled water is included.
The guide is live and speaks your language: English, Spanish, French or German. The cellar is wheelchair accessible, and the atmosphere stays relaxed whether you're a wine amateur, a family with kids or a couple looking for an afternoon activity.
