The first two days pack the Giza Pyramids and the step pyramids of Sakkara into a single morning, then you board an overnight sleeper train to Aswan. It sounds like a lot, but the train ride itself is part of the experience—you sleep while traveling, and wake up 600 kilometers south. In Aswan, you'll visit Philae Temple and the unfinished Obelisk before spending a full day on the Nile in a felucca, a wooden sailboat that's been used the same way for centuries. The boat becomes your accommodation that night, and dinner happens on deck.
