The experience

The evening starts with pickup from your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. The driver brings you to the boat dock, and you board for a three-hour cruise down the Nile. Once aboard, the open buffet dinner is laid out and the performances begin: live singers set the mood first, followed by the Awan folk show, then the Tannoura Egyptian Folk Dance Show, and finally belly dancing. The guide is present throughout to explain the cultural significance of each performance and answer questions in your choice of five languages.

The boat itself is the venue for the entire evening. You eat, watch, and move between the dining area and the performance space as the night unfolds.
