The evening starts with pickup from your hotel in Aswan. A motorboat carries you across the water to Philae Temple, an island site that was relocated stone by stone in the 1960s to save it from flooding. Once there, the multimedia show begins: lights and music synchronize with the temple's architecture as narration unfolds the myth of Osiris, the god of the afterlife, and Isis, the goddess who resurrected him through ancient rituals.
