The Experience

Three hours on the water starts with pickup from your Punta Cana hotel and a short ride to the marina. Once aboard the private catamaran, your certified guide briefs the group on safety before the captain takes you down the coast. After about 15 minutes you reach the snorkeling and hookah diving site, where the coral reef and marine life are the main draw. You'll spend 35 minutes snorkeling in shallow water, then switch to the hookah rig for 20 minutes underwater at 20 feet — deep enough to see a different part of the reef, with a diver guiding you through the setup so you can feed the fish and move at your own pace.

After the water activities, the boat heads to the Natural Pool, the only part of the beach that remains undeveloped — waist-deep turquoise water with a view back to shore. This is where the party side of the day takes over: fresh tropical fruit, an open bar, Caribbean music, and room to dance or float. Before heading back, you'll board the parasail boat for an 8-minute flight, towed behind the newest parasail rig in the Punta Cana area. The return to your hotel wraps up by the end of the third hour.

The private setup means no other groups on the boat, and your guide stays with you throughout — they handle the logistics, the safety checks, and the running commentary in whichever language works for your group. Snorkeling and hookah gear are provided and fitted on board. The open bar covers drinks for the whole day, and nachos with cheese round out what's served.
