The Experience

The catamaran leaves from the marina at Bavaro Beach after a brief check-in. Your first stop is Cabeza de Toro, where you enter the water with provided snorkel gear and swim alongside schools of fish along coral reefs in 2 to 4 meters of depth. The crew stays on deck while you're in the water, and the boat moves to the next site once everyone is back aboard.

Next is Punta de los Nidos, a virgin beach with white sand and coconut palms where you can wade ashore, take photos and order a fresh cocktail from the crew. The final stop is the natural swimming pool, a shallow calm area where the catamaran anchors and a floating bar opens. A DJ plays music of your choice while you float, sip drinks from the open bar (national spirits, beer, soft drinks), eat snacks and tropical fruit, and watch other boats drift nearby. The whole outing runs about three and a half hours before the crew motors back to the marina and your guide arranges transport to your hotel.

You choose the boat size at checkout — options range from private groups of 8 to 18 people, and pricing adjusts by group.
