The experience

Hotel pickup arrives in an air-conditioned bus from anywhere in Punta Cana or Bavaro and takes you to the beach base. After a safety briefing, you board a catamaran sailing along the coast toward the Bavaro reef. The snorkeling and hookah diving happen back-to-back in the same water: 30 minutes of snorkeling first, then 20 minutes of hookah diving where you breathe underwater without the tank weight. An instructor guides both stretches, so no certification or lengthy training is required. The reef holds vibrant coral and fish that make the time in the water the centerpiece of the morning.

Between the water and the party, you rise 8 minutes on a parasail towed behind the boat, suspended over the Dominican coast and the turquoise shallows below. The catamaran then heads to the Natural Pool, where the mood shifts to animation and games with the crew. Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) flow on board and in the water, and nachos with cheese are provided. The party atmosphere is the final note before the return trip to your hotel.
