The Experience

I’ll admit, I was nervous about driving an ATV in the Dominican Republic—I’ve never been great with anything that has more than two wheels. But there we were outside Puerto Plata, helmets on (hair already a mess), engines rumbling under us. Our guide, Luis, grinned and shouted over the noise to keep our eyes peeled for goats.
