The experience

The ceremony begins with a short walk along a forest path to a small river with a waterfall, where you'll work through the elements in sequence. A red clay peel opens the experience, followed by meditation designed to connect you to your inner self. Then you move into the river for hydrotherapy, the energy-cleansing part of the day, before returning to a warm bath steeped in medicinal plants.

The experience closes indoors with herbal tea or coffee and a plant tarot reading meant to guide you toward a new beginning. A live guide in English or Spanish leads the whole ceremony and can answer questions about each stage. If you want to add a therapeutic massage, that's available as an extra service at checkout.
