A four-hour class in Bogotá where you learn coffee tasting techniques from a barista, taste Colombian varieties, and discover the city's myths and legends through tarot, drawing your own letter at the end. Groups stay small at four to five people, and pickup is included.

The experience

A barista walks you through how to taste coffee to your liking, moving past the basics into the techniques professionals use to find flavor in each cup. You'll work with Colombian varieties and learn what to look for: the way the coffee hits your palate, what lingers, how temperature and timing change what you taste. This is hands-on: you're tasting as you go, not watching someone else do it.

After coffee, the session shifts to tarot and Colombian popular culture. Your guide introduces the myths and legends woven into the city's heritage, then walks you through a letter reading: one of the tarot traditions rooted in Bogotá. You'll draw your own letter and learn what it represents, creating a personal charter by the end of the class. The whole experience is built for small groups of four to five people, so there's room to ask questions and move at a pace that lets everything land.

Pickup is included, and the guide speaks Spanish throughout. The session runs four hours, so plan the rest of your day around a morning or afternoon block.
