Hotel pickup happens at your chosen time, and the drive to Bishan Hot Springs takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on where you're staying. The hot spring sits at the foot of Jinyun Mountain in fresh air with views across the grounds. You move between more than 30 pools at your own pace (fish therapy pools where small fish nibble your skin, lavender pools, rose pools, and others) each one a different temperature and mineral composition. The entire property spans over 1,000 acres, so there's no crowding even when other guests are there.

After the pools, a private massage room is reserved for you. A therapist performs a full-body Chinese-style massage designed to release tension across your shoulders, back, limbs and joints. The room is decorated in a luxurious style, and the session is unhurried. Afterward, you sit down to an unlimited meal with 30 different dishes to choose from, plus a selection of beverages and desserts.
