Santa Rita sits at the foot of the Andes Mountains near Santiago, surrounded by its own vineyards and a 19th-century park. The Selection Tour starts with a walk through the vineyard rows and the varietal garden—the plants that make each wine taste different—then moves into the cellars. You see the Cal y Canto Cellar and Patriots' Cellar, where the wine ages in barrels and bottles, and watch how the whole process works from crush to finish.

The tasting comes at the end: one Gran Reserva wine and two Ultra Premium selections, each poured with cheese and crackers. A professional guide walks you through what you're tasting and why. The tour also includes entry to the Andean Museum on the grounds, which holds more than 3,000 pieces of pre-Columbian art—you can wander through it at your own pace.
