You start at the Plaza of Nations, where you get fitted with a helmet, shown how to use the e-bike, and given time to test ride in the parking lot before the group heads out. The route begins at Gastown's Steam Clock — the one that whistles and steams every 15 minutes — then rolls past Science World's geodesic dome and the Olympic Village before reaching Granville Island. There you stop to walk the public market, browse artisanal goods, and eat from the food vendors. The e-bikes do the climbing for you, so the pace stays manageable even when the route passes through downtown past the Vancouver Art Gallery and Robson Square.

Stanley Park takes up the middle of the day. You ride to the Information Booth to photograph the horse-drawn carriages with Coal Harbour behind them, then stop at Brockton Point to see the totem poles up close and use the restroom if needed. The route passes the Girl in a Wetsuit statue without stopping, then pauses for 10 minutes at the Lions Gate Bridge Lookout for photos of the suspension bridge and North Shore Mountains.
