The experience

The tasting hall is built for you to sit down and take your time. When you arrive, you choose how you want to taste: pick a flight the winery has already curated, build your own selection of four wines from what they have on offer, or go simpler with a single glass paired with their snack board. A dedicated wine consultant is there to walk you through what you're drinking: the story of the winery, how each wine was made, what to look for in the glass. Nothing is rushed.

The whole thing runs 45 minutes, which is long enough to actually taste and talk, not long enough to feel like a commitment. You're seated the whole time in a space designed to feel relaxed instead of formal. If you want to build your own flight, the consultant can help you pick four wines that make sense together or take you in a direction you're curious about. If you'd rather have someone else make the call, the pre-curated flights do that work for you.
