White Stone Waterfall is the quietest: a single cascade where you wade into clear water surrounded by Atlantic Forest. The Plant Well sits where an old hydroelectric station once supplied the city. Between the waterfalls, the route includes Engenho D'Ouro, an award-winning cachaça distillery where a guide walks you through the craft of making the spirit, then pours a tasting.
