Two days, two countries, one waterfall from every angle

A private 2-day Iguazu Falls tour that covers both the Argentine and Brazilian sides of the falls on separate days, with hotel pickup, a licensed vehicle, and a guide in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Day one takes you by eco-friendly train to Argentina's Devil's Gorge, then along the Superior and Lower circuits on foot. Day two begins at your preferred time on the Brazilian side, where a 1,500-meter walk reveals panoramic views and the falls from a different perspective.

The experience

The Argentine side opens with a 7:30 a.m. hotel pickup and a ride to the park entrance, where you board an eco-friendly train bound for Devil's Gorge station. From there, a suspended walkway crosses small islands through dense vegetation, placing you meters from the most powerful section of the falls: close enough to feel the sound, mist and force of the water. You then walk the 1,500-meter Superior Circuit directly over the waterfalls on a raised boardwalk, followed by the Lower Circuit, which reverses the angle and shows the falls from the base looking up.

The Brazilian side runs on your schedule: you choose the departure time from your hotel. Once at the park, your private vehicle bypasses the entrance queues entirely, moving straight through with licensed access. The Brazilian perspective is panoramic rather than immersive: a 1,500-meter trail strings together viewpoints that build toward Devil's Gorge, where the steam and spray create a different sensory experience than the Argentine side. After the walk, lunch is available at an on-site restaurant with falls views (not included in the tour price), and the famous boat ride to the base of the falls can be added as an optional extra.

Skip-the-line access and a private guide mean no time lost to queues or generic group pacing. The guide speaks English, Spanish or Portuguese and carries specialized knowledge of the region's ecology, history and geology. Your vehicle has air conditioning, and all park areas and walking surfaces are wheelchair accessible.

Can children come?

Yes. Ticket types: Youth (13 to 17 years); Child (3 to 12 years); Infant (under 3).

What's the difference between the Argentine and Brazilian sides of Iguazu Falls?

The Argentine side brings you close to the falls themselves. You ride an eco-train to Devil's Gorge, walk suspended boardwalks directly over the water, and experience the sound and mist up close. The Brazilian side offers panoramic views from a distance. A 1,500-meter trail reveals the falls' scale and grandeur from multiple angles, culminating at Devil's Gorge from a viewpoint rather than from within the spray.

Do I need to pay for park entry separately?

Yes. Argentine park entry costs $37 USD, Brazilian park entry costs $20 USD, and there is a $1 USD eco-tourist fee for Brazil. These are not included in the tour price and are payable at the parks.

Can I choose what time to start on the Brazilian side?

Yes. The Brazilian day begins at the time you prefer. You set the departure from your hotel, which gives you flexibility to rest longer or adjust the day to your pace.

Is the boat ride to the base of the falls included?

No, the boat ride is optional and not included in the tour price. You can add it on the Brazilian side if you want to experience the falls from the water level.

How much walking is involved on each day?

Both days include a 1,500-meter walk (roughly one mile). The Argentine side adds the train ride and suspended boardwalks, while the Brazilian side is primarily a trail with multiple viewpoints. All surfaces are wheelchair accessible.
