The experience

You walk into Choco-Story Brussels and the first thing you see is the chocolate-maker at work. Not behind glass: right there in the exhibition space, hands moving fast, tempering and shaping pralines while you stand close enough to catch the smell. The museum sits in the city center, just across from Manneken Pis, and it's built around this one idea: chocolate stops being a mystery once you see how it's actually made.
