The experience
You choose your pickup time and the vehicle that suits your group, then your driver and guide collect you from a Brisbane hotel or a location you specify. The route covers the city's most recognizable stops without the rush of a large group: small groups mean you move at a pace that lets you linger when something catches your eye. The first major stop is Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, where you can hold and photograph koalas, feed kangaroos, and see wombats and dingoes in close quarters. Entry is separate, so you pay only for what interests you.
From there, the tour climbs to Mount Coot-tha's summit for unobstructed views across Brisbane's skyline toward Moreton Bay. There's time for a coffee, ice cream, or a quick meal at the lookout before you head back down through the Brisbane Botanic Gardens: a climate-controlled Tropical Dome, a Fern House, Japanese Gardens, and a Bonsai House, ending with a short walk through a miniature rainforest. The return journey loops through South Bank Parklands (where you can photograph the BRISBANE sign and the lagoon), past the volcanic cliffs at Kangaroo Point, over the historic Story Bridge, and by Brisbane City Hall and Parliament House, with brief stops if time allows.
Your guide travels with you the whole time, offering live commentary on the city's history and landmarks. You get a gift pack of bottled water, light snacks, and more to carry you through the day. The tour runs six to seven hours total, including all driving time, and the operator can arrange airport or cruise terminal transfers for an extra fee if you need them.

How many people travel in the group?
This is a private tour for small groups. You choose your vehicle type at checkout, and the group size depends on which vehicle you select. Let the operator know how many people are in your party when you book.
