From there, Craig offers two routes to the Three Sisters: a more adventurous hidden viewpoint used by rock climbers, or the easier iconic Echo Point option. Both paths deliver sweeping views of the Jamison Valley. The day also takes in Govetts Leap, where a short bushwalk winds through giant tree ferns, and the Undercliff Track along the canyon rim—a quieter alternative that passes Den Fenella, a tree-filled slot canyon where a stream plummets 200 metres off the cliff edge.

The last stop is the real draw. As the sun sets over a secret location—usually the Three Sisters at Echo Point or Anvil Rock—the group settles in with a twilight spread of Yarra Valley Shiraz, Brie and Danish Blue cheese included as standard.
