The experience
Bodega Los Toneles opens the evening with a guided tasting of its Fuego Blanco collection (Malbec Syrah, a wine sample poured in the winery's concrete pool, and Flintstone Malbec) led by bilingual specialists who walk you through the winery's history and what each glass reveals about the house's character. The tasting is built around the winery's identity, not a generic lineup.
From there, your driver takes you to Bodega El Enemigo, where the seven-course dinner begins. Each dish has been designed to highlight specific flavors and textures, and each course arrives with a wine from the 3 Enemies line chosen to complement it. The pairing is the point: the menu and the wines move together, not separately. The winemaker Alejandro Vigil's portfolio shapes what you eat and drink across the whole evening.
Your private driver picks you up at your hotel at the start and returns you there when dinner ends, handling all the driving so you can focus on the tastings and the meal. The vehicle is air-conditioned and the route is direct.
