The third stop is an olive oil factory that ranks among the world's top three and Argentina's largest.

Between tastings, you sit down to a three-course lunch. The menu shifts based on your needs: vegetarian, vegan and celiac options are ready without advance notice. This is not a rushed meal between stops. It is built into the day so the tasting and the food land together. Wine varieties flow through the afternoon, with malbec (Mendoza's signature grape) featured alongside others. What you taste depends on what each winery is pouring that day.
