From there, the driver takes you to Casa Vigil, a boutique winery run by renowned winemaker Alejandro Vigil. This is where lunch happens. Casa Vigil focuses on expressing terroir through biodynamic farming. The grapes come from the estate's own vineyards, grown organically and biodynamically.
