The Experience

Your driver arrives at your hotel and takes you first to Trapiche Winery, one of Argentina's oldest and most recognized producers. Founded in 1883, Trapiche specializes in Malbec but also makes Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay and Torrontés. A guide walks you through the winemaking process and leads a tasting of several of their labels in a setting that blends tradition with modern innovation. The tasting happens in an environment designed around the wines themselves—elegance and heritage built into the space.

From there, the driver takes you to Casa Vigil, a boutique winery run by renowned winemaker Alejandro Vigil. This is where lunch happens. The menu is three courses, each dish paired with a wine from the 3 Enemies line—a selection chosen so the wine and food enhance each other course by course. Casa Vigil focuses on expressing terroir through biodynamic farming; the grapes come from the estate's own vineyards, grown organically and biodynamically. The winery sits in the Mendoza wine region and the lunch experience is built around that philosophy—what the land produces, how it tastes, what it pairs with.
