Cassone Family Winery is your first stop, where the owner Federico walks you through the vineyard and cellar, sharing the history of his operation and pouring his wines for you to taste. From there, the driver takes you to Francis Mallmann's Ramos Generales, a restaurant built around the chef's philosophy of simple, direct cooking. You sit outdoors in the gardens and eat a four-course menu, each plate paired with a wine from Kaiken Winery. The meal is designed to be relaxed rather than formal, and after you finish eating, you can linger in the gardens or head back whenever you're ready.
