The experience

Private transport collects you from your lodging and heads to Cerro Campanario first. A chairlift carries you to the summit, no climbing required, where the panoramic view opens across the lake and the Andes. After the descent, the route moves into the Llao Llao Forest and the real walk begins: a 3.5 km trek that climbs to the summit of Cerro Llao Llao over roughly 1 to 2 hours. The trail itself is the point. From the top, another of Bariloche's most spectacular vistas spreads out below.

Lunch is picnic-style in nature (a sandwich and handmade chocolate alfajor) eaten where you can recover and take in the landscape. On the return to the city, the route stops at the Panoramic Point so you can photograph the emblematic view of Bariloche itself. The whole day is tailored to your pace.
