The tour starts with a ride on the back of a motorbike. You'll cross Thu Thiem Bridge in District 2 to see Saigon's skyline lit up at night, then loop through the city's landmarks and narrow alleys where locals actually live. Your guide handles the route and the driving. You sit behind and take in the streets as they change from main roads to residential pockets most visitors never see.

Dinner happens at a local restaurant where you eat Bun Bo (beef noodle soup, with a vegetarian option), Vietnamese pancakes, spring rolls, and crispy banana crackers, plus jasmine tea. After that, you move to a seafood restaurant for a second meal with Saigon beer included. The stops are chosen to show you what Saigonese eat, not what a tourist menu offers, and the guide explains what you're tasting as you go.

The evening wraps at a music bar where the younger generation of Saigon unwinds: live music, local crowd, the kind of place you'd walk past without a guide.
