Water and fresh fruit stops arrive every 15 km to keep you steady through the moderately challenging terrain.

After the main 50 km loop, you have a choice: continue cycling an additional 12 km if you want to push further, or rest in the support vehicle while the group regathers. Either way, everyone meets at a local craft brewery to sample what the region produces—pho-flavored beer, IPA, stout, cherry, hibiscus, and whiskey-inspired varieties, with two rounds included in the price. Lunch happens during this brewery stop, so you eat and taste without a separate meal break.
