The experience

You start at Basecamp where guides harness you up, then climb the 65-foot Grand Tower to begin the first of four ziplines. The centerpiece is the Dueling Yahoos: a side-by-side 2,100-foot racing line where you zip down at the same time as another participant, racing alongside them the whole way. The automatic braking means you don't manage the stop. The guides handle all clipping before you launch. Between lines you walk short stretches of uneven terrain and cross a suspended bridge, so the activity mixes speed with moments to take in the setting.

The whole experience takes around two hours depending on group size. Before you step onto any line, staff run a Ground School session teaching you what to expect and how to follow instructions. Everyone has to pass it to go on course. Guides stay with your group throughout, coaching you through each stage. Closed-toe shoes are required (no slip-ons or Crocs), and you'll want clothing suited to the weather and activity. Very short shorts aren't recommended.

What’s included

  • All required safety equipment.
  • guides for the full two-hour activity.
  • Ground School instruction before the course.
  • access to all four ziplines and the suspended bridge crossing.
