The experience
Around two hours is enough time to move through the main experiences without rushing. You start with admission and a security check at the entrance, then move through the galleries at your own pace. The Taste It! section lets you sample beverages from the Coca-Cola family across different regions, so you're not just reading about the brand's global reach. You're tasting it. The Beverage Lab is where the hands-on part happens: you experiment with flavor combinations and sample drinks that haven't hit shelves yet, which means you're actually helping shape what Coca-Cola might release next.
The Vault of the Secret Formula is the centerpiece, a climate-controlled chamber where the actual recipe is kept. You get to step inside and stand in front of it. The AI mirror at Tales from The Soda Fountain lets you transform your look digitally and take a photo, which is the kind of thing people actually want to share. Meeting the Coca-Cola Polar Bear gives you a moment for pictures, and it's one of those branded characters that has been around long enough that people recognize it across generations.
The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, with all areas and surfaces designed for mobility. Infants and small children can bring a pram or stroller, and service animals are welcome. Parking is available on-site for an additional fee, and public transportation options are nearby if you prefer not to drive. A security check happens at entrance, which is standard for attractions in the area.
