The experience

You're not renting a boat and figuring out navigation. A captain runs the charter while you and your group decide what happens next. The boat comes equipped with snorkeling gear and watersports equipment, so if you want to try wakeboarding, water skiing, knee boarding or tubing, the setup is already there. If you'd rather watch for dolphins, head to a shelling spot at Shell Island, or take a guided tour to Egmont Key, the captain knows the water and can point out what you're seeing.

The trip length is yours to pick: two hours for a quick outing, three or four hours if you want to spread across multiple activities, or six hours for a full day on the water. Sunset cruises and Intracoastal runs are options too, depending on what time works for your group. The captain stays in control of the boat. You stay in control of the itinerary. Families with infants can bring them along (they'll need to sit on an adult's lap), and if you have a service animal, it's welcome aboard.

The boat operates out of the St. Pete Beach and Saint Petersburg area, and public transportation options are nearby if you need them.
