The experience
Three hours starts with dolphins. Your captain departs from Perry Hotel Marina on Stock Island and heads to the turquoise waters where the pods move through their territory. With a 95% sighting success rate and twenty years operating these waters, the captain spends the time on dolphins rather than searching for them. You watch them play, hunt and interact with each other close enough to feel the moment they swim alongside the boat. No crowds, no rushing, just the ocean and the animals in their natural habitat.
After the dolphin encounter, the boat moves to snorkeling spots the big-boat operators cannot reach: shallow, clear water over protected reefs and hidden sandbars in the backcountry. Beginners find the depth and calm reassuring; families relax in the quiet; experienced snorkelers get genuine underwater visibility and tropical fish, rays and marine life. All snorkeling gear is provided, so you arrive with nothing but your swimsuit.
The crew is local and the pace is unhurried. Bottled water, juices, sodas and snacks are on board. A digital waiver form handles check-in before you leave the dock.
