The experience

The tour picks you up from your hotel and spends the day circling Oahu, moving between the island's most-visited sites and lesser-known viewpoints. You'll visit the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor (the operator handles the security screening process), then move on to the Dole Plantation, where the tour stops for exploration. The North Shore brings you past the surfing beaches and Haleʻiwa, with photo stops at Tropical Farms Macadamia Nut Farm along the way.

The eastern side of the island fills the afternoon: Makapuʻu Lighthouse, Sandy Beach Park, Halona Blowhole and its lookout, and Hanauma Bay (closed Tuesdays). The route ends with views of Kahala and Diamond Head before returning to your hotel. Lunch happens at Hukilau Marketplace, where you choose and pay for your own food. The USS Arizona Memorial shuttle occasionally closes unexpectedly. When that happens, you still visit the memorial's visitor center, exhibits and park monuments. You just don't take the shuttle to the memorial itself. The rest of the tour proceeds as planned.

Is lunch included in the price, or do I pay separately?
