You have exactly one hour to work as a team and escape.

The Escape Game New Jersey offers seven escape room adventures where you and your team solve puzzles, find clues and complete a mission in 60 minutes with a live guide. Each game holds up to 8 players (Playground fits up to 12), and you can choose from themed rooms like Prison Break, The Depths, The Heist and others. An adult must accompany anyone 14 or under, and games are designed to be exciting rather than dark or scary.

The Experience

You arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for a briefing with your game guide, who explains the mission and the rules. Then the door locks behind you—but an exit button is always within reach if anyone needs to leave. For the next 60 minutes, you work together to find hidden clues, solve puzzles and complete whatever mission your chosen game sets. The guide watches from outside and can offer hints if you get stuck, but the puzzle-solving and teamwork are entirely yours. After time runs out, you spend another 15 minutes debriefing and taking photos with your group.

Seven games are available, and you pick one at checkout. Special Ops: Mysterious Market casts you as a secret agent uncovering the truth. The Heist asks you to recover a stolen masterpiece from an art thief. Prison Break is the hardest game in the lineup. The Depths takes you into an undersea laboratory. Gold Rush sends you hunting for hidden treasure. Cosmic Crisis tasks you with destroying a black hole. Playground is lighter—you complete a report card to earn summer break. None of the games are dark or scary; they're designed to be adventurous and enjoyable for mixed-age groups.

The location is at American Dream in New Jersey and is wheelchair accessible. Games are recommended for ages 13 and up, though younger players can join if an adult participates.
