Indoor skydiving at iFLY Westchester is a 75-minute experience where you learn to free-fall in a vertical wind tunnel with a certified flight instructor. After a training session, you'll complete two flights in controlled free-fall conditions, then take home a personalized certificate of achievement. No prior skydiving experience is required.

The experience

The vertical wind tunnel at iFLY Westchester generates the sensation of skydiving without leaving the ground. You start with a training session where a certified flight instructor teaches you body position and breathing technique, then guides you through two separate flights. The instructor stays with you in the wind tunnel, adjusting your form and helping you find stability in the airflow. All gear (flight suit, helmet, goggles and altimeter) is provided and fitted to you.

The whole experience runs about 75 minutes from arrival to certificate. You'll walk away with a personalized flight achievement certificate documenting your flights. The facility is designed for first-timers. No experience or special fitness level is required to participate. Wear lace-up sneakers and comfortable clothes you can move in.
