Never driven a UTV before? You don't need to. The guide from High Point Hummer & ATV—Moab's original adventure company, running trips for 27 years—leads the way and handles the route while you focus on the machine beneath you. The Hell's Revenge trail cuts through the Sand Flats Recreation Area, a landscape of rolling sandstone and red rock that shifts color as the sun drops. You'll navigate rock climbs and tight passages that feel genuinely technical, but the guide's presence and your own control over the UTV keep the day manageable whether this is your first time or your tenth.

The machine seats four, so you're either driving solo or with passengers you know. Helmets, goggles, bottled water and snacks come with the ride. The three-hour window means you're on the trail as the light turns—the gold and orange that make Moab famous happen while you're actually driving, not after you've parked. The operator warns this is true rock-crawling, not a gentle cruise, so it's not for anyone who gets unnerved by steep angles and tight maneuvers.
